Beneficiaries

Each year, the CUP Board of Directors selects at least one Inspirational Family or Individual around which the community rallies. Applications are accepted year-round and selection is usually made by April 15th of each year. Applicants are fully screened and are required to submit financial documents including paystubs, medical bills, tax returns or other documentation as requested.
