Golf Tournament

Date: Friday, August 3, 2012

Time: 9:30 AM Registration, 11:30 AM Tee-off

Format: Four Person Team Scramble

Cost: $520 per Neighborhood or Open Foursome

Important Information

There are a limited number of available foursomes (36) which will be on a first come first serve basis. This event has sold out every year...so HURRY!

• A $130 registration fee is due by May 1, 2012 to reserve a foursome.
• Remaining balance and final team roster are due by July 1, 2012 or reservation and fee are forfeited.
• To qualify as a neighborhood team, all four golfers must live in the same neighborhood in Cranberry Twp. ID's will be verified.
• Neighborhoods are encouraged to have an internal competition in order to field a team of four.
• Minimum age limit of 21 as of Aug 3, 2012.
• All proceeds will go to 2012 Cranberry CUP Beneficiaries.

Golfer Fee includes:

• 18 holes with cart (shotgun/scramble)

• On-course beverages
